 1.  The Lord favors us with showers of His grace; giving us hope and encouragement… even during the dry, thirsty desert experiences of our soul.
Proverbs 16:15 - In the light of the King’s countenance is life; and his favor is as a cloud of the latter rain.                                                                                                          

2.  It doesn’t matter how old you are or if the soil you are planted in is wet or dry… you can still harvest fruit fit for the “Master’s” table.
Psalm 92:14 - They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing.

3.  Did you know we are called to live Christ in front of the world… not just in front of like believers?
Matthew 5:16 - Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

4.  To receive the secrets God longs to whisper in your ear… you must first be faithfully alert… listening for “His” voice.
Job 4:12 - Now a thing was secretly brought to me and mine ear received a little thereof.

5.  If the heavens, earth, seas, fields, and trees rejoice and let their voices be heard praising and glorifying the “One” who spoke them into existence… how much more we His people, made in His own image… should let our voices be heard giving the Lord the glory, honor, and praise due His name!
Psalm 96:8 - Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts.
Psalm 96:11 - Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fullness thereof.
Psalm 96:12 - Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice

6.  Do you feel overwhelmed by the cares of your life? Do you long for peace and assurance? If so, dedicate yourself to living a righteous life before the Lord and no matter what storms come your way… He’ll be there strengthening and sustaining you with “His” peace and “His” assurance.
Isaiah 32:17 - And the work of the righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance forever.

7.  Plug into your Power Source –God! Pray first! Plan later!
James 5:16b - The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
