1. Before hitting the trail to improve someone else, it would better profit us, and others, to start the campaign with our ownselves.
Matthew 7:5 - Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then
shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye. 

2. The Key to failure is trying to please everyone, the Key to success is in living for an audience of One – God.
Colossians 3:23 - And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men
Colossians 3:24 - Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the
inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

3. Before you ask anyone to pray for you, be certain you share your burden
with the one who cares most – Jesus.
1 Peter 5:7 - Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

4. Forgiveness isn’t only something God gives us, He designed it to be passed
on to others.
Matthew 6:14 - For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you
Matthew 6:15 - But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

5. Rewarding people who do evil is not only wrong, but down right dangerous! Proverbs 17:13 - Whoso rewardeth evil for good, evil shall not  depart from his house. 

6. Make the most of your time… because every hour you waste is a resource you will never get back!
Ephesians 5:15 - See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise
Ephesians 5:16 - Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 

7. Grow or stretch your faith this year by setting Christ centered goal’s.
Philippians 3:13 - Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before
Philippians 3:14 - I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
