Colossians 2:3

 1.  The cross communicates how loved by God we are.
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 

2.  Appreciate the moments…make them count!
Psalm 90:12 - So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

3. When God forgives a sin, He never brings it up again! Can the same be said for us?
Micah 7:19  He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. 

4. Just because you think it, doesn’t mean you need to say it!
Proverbs 10:14 - In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise.
Proverbs 29:11 - A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.

5.  Because Christ is risen we have an everlasting well of hope to draw from on a daily basis for the remainder of our lives!
1 Peter 1:3 - Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to
 his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead

6.  Let go of the stress you were never designed to carry.
Matthew 11:28 - Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Matthew 11:29  Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
Matthew 11:30  For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

7.  When Christ defeated death on the cross, He won forgiveness for all who would believe upon Him and receive Him into their hearts.
Acts 2:24 - Who God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
Colossians 1:14 - In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins
